Breeding Bullmastiffs Since 1999
Five Generations of Bullies

About Us

Our Bullmastiffs are a very special part of our lives, and we often refer to them as our sons and daughters. I purchased my first Bullmastiff in 1999 after two years of research and contemplation. I compared several different “bully breeds” such as, the English Mastiff, English Bulldog, Olde English Bulldog, and the Neapolitan Mastiff. The Bullmastiff won our hearts.
Prior to owning Bullmastiffs, I bred AKC German Shepherds. My dogs and I participated in obedience and Schutzhund trials. When my German Shepherd passed away it was a huge loss. At the time, I belonged to a Schutzhund club where the dogs were primarily German Shepherds and Rottweilers. There was one Bullmastiff, named Sergeant, who left an impression on me. He was the sweetest boy.
I decided on the Bullmastiff because I like their body size, and I have found them to have fewer health issues than some of the other “bully breeds”. They have enough energy to participate in activities, yet they are mellow enough to make exceptionally low maintenance house pets. Next, I started my search to find my first Bullmastiff puppy. At the time, there were not many Bullmastiff breeders in this area. I looked at three different litters that year. I finally found a breeder who had a really nice, red fawn female puppy, Sasha, and she became my first Bullmastiff.
Due to some stories I had heard, I did not want to buy my dog over the internet. I realize that some of you reading this may purchase your Bullmastiff over the internet. This is why I am very straightforward and genuine, and I make it my core value to represent our Bullmastiffs and puppies with the highest level of integrity.
We have one to two litters of puppies per year. Some years we do not have any litters. Our puppies live in the house with us, as do our adults. My foundation stud, King Solomon, is retired. Abraham is his grandson, and he produces very beautiful puppies. My attained goal was to pass down the following traits from King Solomon: wide and prominent head, defined muscularity throughout the body, and a loyal and protective temperament. I own three generations of Solomon’s progeny.
Frida is one of my foundation bitches. I purchased Frida from a fellow breeder here in Florida. She and I became fast friends. Frida was one of my best Bullmastiffs. Her breeder had a vast wealth of knowledge, and twenty years of experience in breeding Bullmastiffs. I must say that I was very blessed to have met her. Over the next few years, Frida’s breeder took me under her wing, and taught me everything she knew. I learned a great deal about breeding and whelping Bullmastiffs from her. I read many books on the health, training and the general care of canines. Yet, none of my armchair reading can compare to what she has taught me.
Since my “mentor” owned Frida’s mother, father, and uncle, over the years she produced many siblings of Frida. I was able to see, firsthand, the development and growth of Bullmastiffs related to my own dogs. There has been no cancer, entropion, or hip/elbow dysplasia in any of our puppy generations. Solomon is seven years old and he clears a four foot fence in a single, effortless bound.
Frida’s mother is Delia, and her father’s name is Ruben. Ruben has since passed away from old age; he was eleven. I have personally seen five generations of the line I am breeding. Abraham is now our main stud (i.e. breeding male), and he has produced some the highest quality Bullmastiffs I have ever encountered.
